This week (9-15 May 2022) is Mental Health Awareness Week and we are encouraging people to reach out to others to help someone who may be feeling lonely, which might – in turn – help you feel less lonely too.
Feeling lonely is something that all of us can experience at any point and it can have a huge impact on our wellbeing.
In Haringey, we have a full Mental Health Support Hub where you can access a wealth of knowledge to support you in staying mentally healthy.
The resources, tools and mobile apps include information on mental health conditions, symptoms, therapies and where to go if you need further support.
