Haringey rep needed for UK Youth Parliament

We would like to invite young people in Haringey to apply for a vacant position on the UK Youth Parliament. The role involves representing Haringey at the annual House of Commons debate as well as being a spokesperson for the young people of Haringey on a national and local level.

The process involves submitting a manifesto of a maximum of 150 words, together with a 45 second campaign video.

The finalists will be invited to give a speech at the Haringey Youth Council Election Meeting on 28 February 6 – 8pm at the Civic Centre in Wood Green N22 8LE. A vote will take place afterwards.

This opportunity is available for all Haringey residents and pupils aged 11 to 18.
