Do you know a young person aged 16 – 18 who is keep on sport and not in education, training or employment? An exciting opportunity awaits four young people with HR Sports Academy.
HR Sports Academy is a Haringey based community interest company dedicated to building a bright future for children and young people through a range of sporting activities. Traineeships help unlock potential and give young people the skills that employers are looking for through training and work experience.
The 10-week traineeship programme has become an established part of HR Sports Academy’s approach to recruitment. It offers opportunities to candidates to progress to an apprenticeship or a permanent job and ensures HR Sports Academy has a regular intake of skilled and loyal staff.
This traineeship opportunity is unwaged, but could lead onto a fully paid apprenticeship for the successful candidate. Each trainee who successfully graduates from the programme will be awarded with a £100 completion bonus.
- 10 weeks of training provided by HR Sports Academy to complete 1st 4 Sport Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Coaching Sport qualification
- Safeguarding and First Aid certificate
- Support with functional skills in English and Maths
- Traineeships offer a guaranteed interview upon completion
