Alexandra Palace is partnering with Community Music to run a week long free Music Summer School (23 to 27 July) inspired by Rock Against Racism (a campaign set up in the UK in 1976 as a response to a rise in racial conflict and the growth of white nationalist groups such as the National Front).
Working with experienced guitar, bass, drum and vocal coaches, young people will work together to create a new piece of music inspired by the Rock Against Racism Movement. The 5-day workshop is free to attend and financial support is available for food and travel if needed.
