Perspective Lite has been updated, with new functionality – Analysis (Insight) Groups; this new page will enable you to analyse disadvantaged and SEN groups in your school.
The key updates for this release are listed below:
- Insight Pupil Groups – This release will see the introduction of pupil group analysis in Analysis (Insight), choose from disadvantaged or SEN to see contextual analysis, finance information and attainment outcomes all with data translation and clear graphics.
- Insight Absence Terms – We are updating the available absence area in Analysis (Insight), you can now choose three absence areas for reporting – autumn, autumn/spring and full year.
If you're accessing Analysis (Insight) in Perspective Lite then you'll find it under the services menu.
If you are using full Perspective, then head to the LA menu for Analysis (Insight).
Please note
- Disadvantaged data is currently made up of FSM6 and looked after pupils only.
- Absence Data: Your absence data will not be visible in Analysis (Insight) unless your LA has imported all the census files that make up the area you have selected.
- If you select Absence – Full Year your LA will have had to have imported the 3 census files that contain the absence data for the academic year.
