Students and staff at Haringey Sixth Form College celebrated exam results after a challenging 18 months. Throughout this time all the staff and students at Haringey Sixth Form College have demonstrated great resilience and support for each other.
The expertise shown by the staff been outstanding and the dedication of both staff and students exemplary. The team have been well led by Lisa Westray our college Principal and the assessment process expertly coordinated by Assistant Principal Rosie Shire.
The college is delighted to announce that all students received the teacher assessed grades as submitted by the amazing #TeamHaringey6 staff.
The college has had samples taken at all levels and across all courses for scrutiny by the exam boards and no changes have been made to any grades submitted.
Chief Executive Russ Lawrance commented
“The Board and I are absolutely delighted with the student outcomes, the process has been well led, the staff input superb, and the external scrutiny of our submissions very robust. The students have achieved the excellent grades that their efforts, skills and expertise deserve.”
One of #TeamHaringey6 A-Level students Fasika, who has gained a place at University of Bath to study Chemical Engineering said of her time here studying has been ‘the very best experience and has made me want to be a world changing person and the best engineer.’
