Whitefield Schools, in collaboration with the Cambridge School and Leadership Colab at the Institute of Education, is launching the National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership (NPQML) in February.
They are offering middle leaders in special schools and resources provisions the opportunity to access this exciting new qualification.
The course consists of 4 modules: Leading with Impact, Leading Learning and teaching, Leading Effective Partnerships and Leading Strategically. Participants are expected to complete a school-based project which will focus on improving the outcomes for pupils and narrowing the achievement gap.
