Stepping Stones: easing primary to secondary transition

Following a fantastic launch at City Hall on 29 January, we are delighted to be able to share the Stepping Stones Toolkit and evaluation report (external link).

The Stepping Stones programme was piloted by Gladesmore Community School, working with Urswick School, Heathcote School and their feeder primaries to explore the best ways of supporting vulnerable young people in their transition to secondary school.

The Stepping Stones Toolkit is free to use, and designed to help all London schools support their own vulnerable students in the transition from primary to secondary school. If you would like to see Stepping Stones in action, contact Krista Mitchell at Gladesmore Community School to arrange a visit – kml@gladesmore.com.
